Emily & Jesse Trash the Dress Session – Mayan Riviera, Mexico

As I post the second instalment of Emily and Jesse’s destination wedding – the ‘Trash the Dress Session’; I look at these images and realize how fortunate I am as a photographer that I got to photograph a couple as wonderful as these two, in a location as beautiful as the Mayan Riviera – not to mention at sunrise . Funny thing about where the Mayan is located is that you get that wonderful, rich, creamy light at sunrise rather than sunset so, I tip my hat to Emily and Jesse for waking up so early after their long and  exhausting day.

I’m proud to present two of my favourite images from the whole coverage. I’m quite pleased with the luxurious feel and mood of that we created for these images.

Hope you guys enjoy the rest of the images =)

Emily & Jesse Wedding – Mayan Riviera, Mexico

Hey everyone, it’s been kind of a lull in the off season but I’m glad to bring you guys my first wedding of the year. Interestingly enough, this wedding was a lot of ‘firsts’ for me. This is the first wedding I’ve photographed outside of Canada and first wedding I’ve photographed with my Nikon D3s – Yep, I’m a Nikonian now =)

Special thanks to Réjean Brandt of Réjean Brandt Photography for helping me out!

Anyways, it was definitely a challenge shooting in an environment I wasn’t familiar with but here are a couple of my favourite shots throughout the day

Up next, my first Trash the Dress Sesssion! Stay tuned.

Jackie & Robin Engagement Session

Just looked through a shoot I shot last year and can’t believe I didn’t post any pics from this shoot! I shot with a good friend Dennis Sapong from  http://dennissapongphotography.com/ and he was kind enough to share his lovely couple! Hope you guys enjoy =)

Benjielene & Mike 10th year Anniversary!

Benj & Mike celebrated their 10th year anniversary with a renewal of vows, and I was fortunate enough to have been part of it all!

Here are a couple of my favourites. (I’m really loving the wide angle ‘epic’ shots)

And here is another. Very moody but yet elegant and romantic at the same time. =)

Hope you guys enjoy!
